Trip Overview
Recommended for beginners, our shortest trip starts at Constable Bridge and ends at the Mullica River Canoe Landing. This 2 mile trip takes about 1 to 2 hours depending on pace. You’ll begin by passing underneath Constable bridge, then winding your way down the Mullica River. This is a very peaceful stretch of pine barrens, free of any roads or development. You will pass by several sandy beaches along the way. These beaches are the perfect place to post up with your family and friends to have lunch or hang out! Your trip will end just after you pass under Pleasant Mills (Route 542) and pull into the Mullica River Canoe Landing for pick up.
Please Note: Although this trip is one of the best options for novice paddlers, all of our excursions can present challenges due to varying river conditions and the participants skill level.

$6.18 per boat will be included with convenience fees at checkout. This goes directly to the The NJ Department of Environmental Protection and helps support the maintenance and preservation of Wharton State Forest.

Recommended for advanced paddlers, this trip begins at Constable Bridge and ends at Sweetwater Marina and Riverdeck. This 6 mile trip can take 4-6 hours depending on stops.

Recommended fort intermediate paddlers, this trip begins at the Mullica River Canoe Landing and ends at the beautiful Sweetwater Marina & Riverdeck. This 4 mile journey starts near the historic Batsto Village and can take between 2-4 hours depending on stops.
